Good Morning,
I fooled with the smart phone and was overwhelmed. I guess life was supposed to be "Dennis meets Laurel and has a family." , " Dennis goes to work."
The buttons and whistles are a little too much for me.
More decaf.
I missed the spacewalk yesterday or NASA had no money to televise it.
I am an explorer in mind and not Humpty Dumpty. Humpty Dumpty is best explained by this image.

You know someone that aligns their pencils so none of them roll off the desk.
You know, why explore space, "We know where it is?"

Good morning,
I am fine this morning, mom is still sleeping. She was ill these last two days and not feeling too well.
I have been fooling around with my new phone and it is taking me places I really did not care about but I have learned to remove things and replace them.
I have placed photos on my contacts from my old phone but yet to place photos on mom's old contacts. I awoke right on time and it turned out to be an hour earlier.
Daylight; time to feed George, our outside cat.
I have yet learned to take a photo of any quality.
This photo seemed to pick up some blue tint. The cats color is just right and this kitten this morning is nothing but swift movement. I took 5 photos and only two had cats in them, she is fast.

We just have to look at our smart phones tomorrow to find out what is the right time. We may have to change those old clocks but the newer ones know when to change.
It may be that children born after today will not care what time it is and what happened while they were sleeping.

Good Morning,
I was putting contacts on my new phone and mom just said, "Did you just call your son?" I guess I did.
I am not good with numbers so I am putting photos on my contacts so I know who calls by sight. I woke my son.
I have not been able to keep anything down but last night I made a peanut butter and banana sandwich and it stayed down. So maybe my bout with my stomach is healing. I have been living by drinking honey with tea, toast and pudding. I did take a vitamin this morning plus my Antivert for balance.
I went off for a while to get the spelling of Antivert and I took a balance quiz and scored in the 90's on the quiz.
As soon as I figure out the phone I will call my family and tell them my number. At the moment I have to go over and try to figure out via my owners manual how to add a contact. I did import all of mom's contacts and that included most everyone but there is a few folks I know that I need a number for that mom does not have.
Now I am feel queasy. I will just rest a bit.
Everything else is fine it is just the stomach and inner ears.

Good Morning,
Mom and I had to go to Paducah yesterday to pick up a package.
I had let my TracFone Wireless cell phone expire and I needed a new phone and mom said that I could have a Verizon Wireless smart phone. Her plan was only about 40 a month so getting a smart phone would increase that a lot. Any way I got a smart phone. After looking at the fine print it is not unlimited as I thought it would be. Maybe I am wrong?
I had taken some medicine before we left for Paducah and mom was sick from being around some folks at work so on the way home I got car sick. I never did have to use a trash can on the way home but  when I got home I turned green and my body flushed itself several times until I was empty. I felt better then and made of cup of green tea and a table spoon of honey to keep me nourished. We were supposed to go to Nashville this morning but between me being green and mom sick in bed we called it off.
I never got to explore the new smart phone last night because of my color so in the middle of the night I got to explore it a little and a little more this morning. It is becoming familiar and it growled a minute ago but I have no clue where that came from or could I find a paw print on it to give me a clue about the growl.

I have stood in crappy water washing away filth.

Good Morning,
33 degree, that is what is reading on our thermometer out doors. I feel good this morning and mom is getting ready for work as I type; the kitten is everywhere at once and there is a tale where the head should be as she swirls by. I made a quart of powered milk for her and added a can of evaporated milk to that concoction. Mom will be out shortly to give her her breakfast.
I will ad a prayer here for those folks who are without power and standing in crappy water for breakfast.
Mom asked me about the crane up high and dangerous and how it could be secured and I said , "No Problem." and proceeded to tell mom how I would do it, she finally said to shut up. But anyway we did things down at the dam that were dangerous and we just did them. Some men are like that, you just do it.

A up to the minute chore: I changed the master bedroom light switch; it was not working properly.

Good Morning,
It is clear out-doors and very still; the temperature was 36 degrees; I am going to look at the map a see what is left of the big storm.
I feel good this morning and it seems the storm is just sitting in one place and dropping snow in Pennsylvania.
My prayers go out to all that have been without any communication with the planet because of the storm. We are so used to warmth, shelter, love and communication.
***
I believe in Global Warming because the planet does change. For as long as we have been around volcano's have burned our lungs with deadly ash. Those explosions have caused the planet to heat up and melt the ice. The winds have changed and so have the ocean currents. The Industrial nations have not helped by belching coal soot into the air just like the volcanoes. Who are we to blame?
How long can we live near a volcano? Do we move as far as we can or do we live as close as we can?
It is the same with belching chemicals plants that give off toxic fumes that dissolve lungs. Some of us were smart enough to move away from danger.

I grew up in a toxic environment in Pasadena and was only saved by the government when I joined the Navy and they said I had bronchitis; I said, "I did not.", because I knew no better and had lived that way my entire life. The Navy cleared my lungs and when I left the service I was stronger manly because I could breathe a lot better. I never went back to live near any industrial area.

I hope everyone back East is OK this morning after that monster of a storm that past last night. It is terrible to be without power and a way to find good shelter; storms like that sometimes make our homes dangerous.

Good Afternoon,
This is Fall and the leaves are the color of Autumn, The wind blows and the leaves swirl as expected. Grandfather rake leaves into piles and grandchildren throw them up into the air. Smouldering leaves at curb sides are sometimes seen. The city has a vacuum attached to a truck with wooden sides that travels slow along the curb vacuuming the leaves into the truck.
I feel good as I type these words. I sometimes hope that the world around you is as perfect as the colors seen with variable shades of life and color.

Good morning,
Today is the Sun Day. The Sun Day acknowledges the sun which provides the warmth to the planet earth plus it toughens our layer of skin. It is also one of the two days (Saturday and Sunday) that we reflect on what or whom provides that warmth. We have written as well as I as to what or whom provides that warmth. Most of us have faith in the words of gods (unknowns and known). Some folks have another unknown to have faith in Atheism which preforms the same faith in something unknown.

It is quiet, peaceful, dark and our thermometer says 44 degrees outside and 73 inside at this home in the Western Part of Kentucky.
I feel good, mom is getting ready for work and the calico kitten is playing under the dining room table.
I have a cup of decaffeinated coffee because as much as I drink (coffee) it is not good for my stomach area; where? I am not sure but I do take a medicine to keep me from responding constantly (puff, puff). I also have quit beer as it did not do well in the same area of my body. I seem to swell nicely with cream and honey in my coffee (decaffeinated coffee). I normally drink 2 decaffeinated cups to one real coffee and that keeps me happy.
We recently had lunch with our grandchildren in their grammar school and we also saw them when we took our daughter back home last Sunday.
