It is quiet and peaceful here at home. The earth here did not move. We have heavy stones, clay, underwater springs, limestone, crystals and coal underfoot. At one time glaciers pushed the earth toward Kentucky and forced us to stay put. Trees grasp at the richness and color our landscape and feed our forest creatures. We have tamed a few and run off those that eat men.We have buildings made of river gravel which cannot be moved or blown up. You cannot drill into it as it will burn up your drill bit. You will need a star drill bit and a lot of patients.
