This photo was taken on Mt. Zion Cemetery Road high up almost at the top of Crittenden County. Most of the Amish Folk live in the northern sections of the county. We had just left the bakery and nursery ( fried apple pies and full grown tomato plants for my upside down planters).
This is on top Mt. Zion Cemetery Road. The two faint hills in the background are Illinois at Cave in Rock. Below and just before the two hills is the Ohio River at Lock and Dam 50.
Nice pictures...everything looks so peaceful. I hope that you saved me some of those fried pies.
