The folks in Kentucky without power today are people that have damage to their homes. Hot power lines have to be moved by the electric company. Then repairs and inspections then the power company comes back and hooks up the power. Removing the hot power lines takes time; finding an electrician and repairing the damage takes time. Now it is time to find a state inspector to see that the work has been done properly. Now you wait until the power company is free to do your job of reinstalling your fallen line. We went through all that last February during the last ice storm.There are people in Western Kentucky without power this morning.
