Bolt

There is a speed as in Bolt in the city. It is the constant view of change in our daily perception. In Kentucky that perception slows down to the sitting on the front porch rocker and viewing the earth at a slower pace. It is a illusion of the mind a perception of speed. Remember the topic Bolt.
The input of change is a constant in the mind; an illusion can be made by moving swiftly in the ever present change of city lights and the constant change in our environment.
Time in Kentucky has its way of seeming slow because trees are a constant green or brown and the sky is a constant gray or blue; the constant change or neon day glow of city lights and entertainment is not present.
