Fishing in a Boat

A friend and I went out to the lake to catch some fish, we rented a boat and out on the lake we went. Things were slow at first but after awhile we caught our limit of big fish. Wow! When the day ended my friend put a large X on the side of the boat to remember the spot where we caught the fish.

I said to him, "That won't work?!"
He says, "And why not?"
And I said, " Because we may not get the same boat when we come back tomorrow?!"

Airport Time

Good Morning.

All times are local at the airport in Nashville (central). Out west all times are local San Diego time (pacific).

Every night seems the same as far as sleep goes; I go to bed at 6 or 7 PM and get up at Midnight. I stay up unitl about 3 AM then awake again about 6 AM

Odd hours of seeing the daylight. I took the .cover off the pool Saturday and put it back on during a rain shower Sunday afternoon.  

I have been moping the kitchen floor every day hopefully getting some fleas eggs in the process

Vaseline and Paint

I painted my front door on the inside and on the outside (portion protected from the wind and rain by my storm door) . I did not paint the side windows outside yet as I have to power wash them first. 75 % complete and it looks fine; the fiberglass absorbed the paint and flattened it smooth.The masking tape worked great except for the rubber gaskets which it did not protect. I had to eyeball around the rubber gaskets. I should of used Vaseline on the rubber gaskets.

Good Morning

Sometimes you wonder if the day is as good as my "Good Morning". The Good Morning is the celebration of life on the planet earth. What each day brings is a bonus being unpleasant or rather charming.

Life has financially set us back a few years but emotional for me it is nothing special just a another pleasant day on the planet. I write in terms of being alive on the planet but I will be here long after the blood that is pumped through my heart. There are flowers and vegetables to think about plus  all those young human beings that are still here.

The importance of Magnesium

Our HP Desk-Jet 970 cse

Good Morning,

We bought our HP Desk-jet 970 cse in the year 2000 and it finally quit 2 days ago. The overflow reservoir filled up and ruined the printer and table. I guess if we had known about it we could of found a way to empty it and maybe we would still have a printer but that is after the fact and the printer is now dead. Ruined by black ink everywhere.

We got 17 years of good quality printing out of that machine.

Good Morning,We have parked the van as we spent our allotment on the van last month.

The Van

Good Afternoon,
It is a nice warm day outside. We just got back from Paducah and on our way home the van started to act up. We have no clue what the problem is, bad gas, transmission, Spark plug wires and spark plugs or the engine failing. Hopefully it is bad gas and replacing it with good gas will solve the problem, the transmission is an expensive fix. Plug wires and plugs is a good fix. Engine failure is bad or a new computer is expensive. We got cloths to wear in California and now the van is saying no trip.


Hopefully everything will be better than the last time.

This year we had to fix the pickup.
Our stove died, we had to get a new one.
Mom wanted a new front door so we bought one
and
on our way home the van went up in smoke we had to go to the bank to fix the van.
Last week our air conditioner went out.
