The importance of Magnesium

Here is something my sister Sandy posted and being old and not eating as well as i should I am impressed at the vitamins we miss.

Magnesium rich foods are:
Nuts, cashews
Whole grains
Leafy vegetables
Beans
Avocados
Dark chocolate
Tuna fish
Flax seeds
Pumpkin seeds

Warning signs of Magnesium deficiency:

1. Fatigue
2. Muscle spasms and cramps
3. Arrhythmia
4. Dizziness
5. Nausea and vomiting
6. Numbness
7. Personality changes
8. Anxiety and panic attacks
