I feel good this morning, my back is sore but it is a normal sore. We have been feeding out cats less to help them out. They get frisky.
In 1980's we sounded out the upper pool of Smithland with a rope and weight and most of the depths were in the 30-40 feet deep and on the middle of the weir (above the cells on the Kentucky side) it was about 70 feet deep. The approach to the lock chambers was very wicked going downstream (hug the bank and pray to god).
