Here in Western Kentucky in the Spring we mow 2 times a week and that keeps the mosquitoes under control plus it makes the yard looking nice.
When the Buffalo roamed the Kentucky prairie's they kept the grasses low (light brown and the blue grass); now we farm and mow.
Taking away the Buffalo from the Indian diet made it easy for Immigrants to move the savages.
