Making a level spot near the curb

Good Morning,

I am moving my rock pile to a level spot near the asphalt to place my garbage cans level for the garbage truck and his lift to pick up my can or cans.

Our rock pile is smaller than the photo but still a hump too high to mow over; I will put most of the hump on the street west of the mail box.

The spot I am making level shown in the photo below is right of the iris next to the road.

I dump it and rake it with the shovel (very little) then run over it with the lawn tractor wheel starting at the iris side and forcing the loose dirt toward the street creating a partial ramp as shown.
It works a lot better than what I had before. and now I have room for 2 trash cans 3 feet apart.
