I do not have to crawl under my home anymore or walk a 3/4 of a mile across the dam to get to work in 100 and -5 below to get to work or drive 75 miles to work in any weather or drive thought dust. mud and slosh. Or praying to god that my grip on the steering wheel will keep me on the black ice and polished snow.
I am old and I just remember and type what comes to mind. I did check to see if we had water pressure. It is warm in our home. There is music quietly giving us some background while the electricity travels in the walls.
I am not sure about our vehicles?
Hope your snow has melted away by now, but it hasn't gotten above freezing but maybe just the strength of the sunshine has melted it all away. The weekend is supposed to be warmer, but rainy. I will not be getting out if the roads get icy or snowy anymore. Jimmy always did all the driving not because I couldn't but just because he was the man and I liked being pampered by him.
ReplyDeleteGetting back to you.....It's time you hired things done around the house, the things that require you to crawl under the house, leaky pipes or anything that involves heavy lifting. You worked hard all of your life and now it's time for you to rest and relax and do the easy things that you like doing.
