I was out of town and busy and I am still busy. Manhandling the luggage on the trip awakened my lower back and confirmed that my ribs were still in pain.
But mentally I am in love with all the ladies on the planet earth.
I did give a power point presentation and it was as good as a old fart can do; my mind is full of bull and they got it and maybe enjoyed it. I fired them up; pumped up those type A personalities.
It rained when we left and it rained today.
Mom got a Kindle for her ,"Another Birthday". I looked at it and adjusted the type font so I could read it (made it larger). Then I started reading the manual which was on the Kindle.
We were within 50 miles of Sandy but our days were very compact and then mom had to go to work.
Yesterday morning I got up and got ready for my presentation, did it, finished up the convention; stayed for the board meeting, packed the van and we stopped for gas on our way out of town. I reached for my wallet but it was in the suitcase in my black trousers; but in the meantime we freaked (now there is a lot going on in the van but it is unsuitable for print).
We pause as the blood drains from our heads.
Mom gave me the doe doe sign and I headed for the suitcase for a just in case. Deep in my back pocket under a pile of clothes was my wallet. Thank you.
That's funny about your wallet and I'm glad that you had it in your suitcase and that it wasn't lost. Sorry that your ribs are still hurting. We'll get to see you next time and then we can catch up on what we've missed. Bring pictures of your convention trip if you took any so that you can tell us all about it. Love you.
