Good Morning. I have a headache and I know what it is. It is our heater and it dries out our home so there is no humidity. I have to get those humidifiers cleaned today and working. I cannot handle this and there is no reason too since I know the problem and how to solve it.
I just made a pot of coffee.
The coffee does make me feel better.

I feel better now that the air has a little moisture to it. My headache is gone but my sinus had drained into my lungs and is causing me to cough. I will get over this as I normally do.

I got the humidifiers cleaned and running. I feel great.
