Does that new Windows Activation update really 'phone home'?

That is the dumbest thing I have heard in a long time. I guess he wanted folks like me to rumble and I did.
Any time you get online you are inter-active on a telephone line. We can blur the lines now because some of those lines are Wi-Fi, cell phone signals, cable lines, telephone lines, fibre optic lines and satellite signals.
