Walmart on Hold

My wife tried to call Walmart to tell them she was going to the doctor and they put her on hold until the line went dead. She called again and the same thing happened she was put on hold until the line went dead again. I am going to drive her to the store tomorrow and then we can tell them she is going to the doctor.
I think her back hurts and being nervous and tense is giving her some problems because of the dead end calls.

Motherkitty works at Walmart. Yesterday as she was headed for the time clock to punch out when she got sideswiped/blindsided by a 13 year boy running down the aisle out of TV/electronics department; that was at 1900 (7p). She was flattened which brought on a huge crowd of store employees and witnesses. She spent four hours at the local hospital getting inspected, treated and having some x-rays taken. All I saw last night was a lot of bruises and a young lady that had a terrible time finding a spot to lie down on to get some sleep sometime after 0100 (1a).

Motherkitty took the day off - her back and legs are limp and unable to hold her up. We soaked in the pool to relax our bodies and then I was off to run errands in town.
Today we relax and reflect.

My back is sore but not as sore as Motherkitty's. She had a MRI yesterday on her back to try and locate any problem (if any) on her spine. She has to call her workers comp claim representative this morning and tell them that our doctor thinks this is related to her collision in the isles of her work environment.
Friday morning and no back breaking tasks today.
