1. Insure ANYONE who pays for a plan regardless of health. ANYONE meaning ANYONE
2. Dismiss frivolus medical malpractice law suits
3. Remove lifetime limits of coverage. Right now insurance companies have a cap of $1 or $2 million dollars of coverage and then they cut you off and you're no longer covered by their company and have to go out and find a new insurance company. By removing the lifetime limits of coverage you are covered for as long as you pay for your plan no matter how much you have cost your insurance company.
4. Allow insurance companies or you to cross state lines. If you have Ky.Medicaid, you can't use it in another state and have to apply for a medicaid card in the state you are in before you can receive treatment there.
5. Allow all children regardless of income to be covered by CHIPS if they apply.
6. Expand the Medicaid program to also cover the working poor, and increase the reimbursement rate to hospitals/doctors
7. Do not make health insurance coverage mandatory for all. Keep it voluntary
