Another Way folded its doors last month because of lack of taxes to fund it.
Druggies should treat themselves they are smart and know better. I tried to raise awareness by creating a website and going to the meetings and constantly making making noises about helping druggies.
I have no sympathy for them but society should either remove them or help them. Society ignores them or quietly removes them from the guest list and wonders who they are. I know that they are slick and sneaky and capable of removing items from family heirlooms.
We at Crittenden County Coalition for a Drug-Free Community are still here and still raising awareness and money to try to make a difference in the child that's left behind.

Jimmy & I sponsored the care of a druggie and we're glad to report that after several years of rehab & out-patient drug therapy they are doing great. The money we and two other families spent on this individual was well worth the results. If everyone would just take it upon themselves to help fund someone, we would need less tax money. I didn't say, no tax money, I just said "less."
