Pool Steps and Winter Cover

Good Morning,

My daughter and her family came over to help me get the steps out of the pool and put the winter cover on the pool. We proceeded to take the weights out from the pool. The weights are under the interior of the steps (unseen). The weights are plastic juice bottles filled with sand. The weights had ropes on them so they could be removed by laying down on the steps and sticking your hands under water and lifting the weight out of the pool without getting in the pool. The weights keep the steps on the bottom of the pool.The hand rails keep the steps at the edge of the pool.

After we took the steps out it was time to put the winter cover on the pool. To keep the cover from gong under water and causing a mess I put in bungee cords across the pool to keep the cover from getting to wet and unmanageable.
