I got up at 5:00 AM which is a little later than normal; I prefer 5:00 AM as a wake up time. It is the way my body acts that puts me to bed before 7:00 PM; my legs shake mainly to circulate the blood, 60 years of walking and standing on my feet requires a lot of blood flow in my legs; now that my nerves in my legs act up my body does not walk like it did; hence the shaking. It does not bother me so I go to bed because it bothers mom. I take medication to slow the process up but I really should not be taking it. Working in the yard and pool helps a lot.
Time for a mug of coffee.
