I awoke sore but after a warm shower my body feels good. We have one of the nicest showers in Western Kentucky. I am not a water miser, I am a pond builder, swimming pool builder and a mulcher. Anything that holds water near the planet is good in my mind. So a stingy toilet and shower are not in my vocabulary.
