Contract From America

I signed a contract with the Untied States Federal Government, who did you sign a contract with?
My contract said that I was to give up some pay for a pension and a health plan. I signed when I joined the United States Federal Government.
Who is this contract for? It is certainly not what our Congressmen signed when they Pledged their loyalty to the United States Constitution and decided to work for their constituents and not the "Contract From America". Do I see a hint of treason here?

  1. Jimmy signed a contract with his company and I signed one with my boss. The contracts signed with the government haven't been honored as promised. But our country is in a jam and even though there have been no raises for us in the last 3 years, some people have lost their jobs, so we are still much better off than those people. We just have to be patient.
