The world is full of smaller governments. Most are called one-man dictatorships. This Ronald Reagan/Ron Paul governments are just that. A small group of individuals that dictate to us as to what they want to get done with or without our approval. A good example of that is the "Dick" Cheney/Bush Administration. They pretty well did what they wanted and the world be damned.
What our founding fathers wanted was opposite of a king and that was for everyone in the United States to be part of the government. So in/our their Constitution they stipulated that in the Preamble to the Constitution. By declaring, " We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

That's the first time I've ever heard of Ronald Reagan being called a dictator.
