A RFID clothing label can be placed on the collar of clothing.
It is a matter of distribution. Labels can be read but they are not GPS devices. Once found they can find the origin of the label quickly.
Technology moves so swiftly that we are unaware of its progress.
I am sure that someone can come up with an application for your cell phone to read a tag near you.
