I voted for this bill February 10 and it passed the House 99-0. It has languished in the Senate ever since where it may die unless Republican Majority Senate Leadership decides to hear the bill in committee. If it gets called for a vote, it will undoubtedly pass. There is nobody for you to lobby except members of the Majority party in the Senate.
