Are the stars aligning for telemedicine's succcess?

Could I sit in a chair with a nurse present and have her poke my back while the doctor at left sees what is happening to me.

He could go from room to room without getting up (my chart is there on his laptop the teleconference is on the wall before him). He could make more money and see more patients.

All that we ask is to change the way we see doctors. President Obama understands what I am asking.
