Food safety in the United States is no longer improving

From Times Wire Services

Who is responsible for our safety?
The Federal Bureaucracy in Washington.
We the people of the United States.
Corporate America (overseas to).
Society on the planet earth.
All of the above.
Do you know who said this?
And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country.
My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.
Finally, whether you are citizens of America or citizens of the world, ask of us the same high standards of strength and sacrifice which we ask of you. With a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking His blessing and His help, but knowing that here on earth God's work must truly be our own.

  1. Food safety inspectors or whatever their official title is would be a good area to create new jobs in. The laid off workers of America would be a good place to seek applicants for training in these positions.

Food safety is important to all of us and so is keeping goods made in China out of the United States until they meet our standards. Everyday we hear of a new health hazard that has made it's way into the U.S. from China without inspection for quality & safety.

The latest health hazard from China is drywall.
