U of L and Western Kentucky are going to the Dance.

42 degrees. We missed the snow and it is raining this morning dust is flying for some reason as my nose is running and I am sneezing. It could be the kittens dander as he walked across my keyboard in his traditional way. Poor Allycat cannot see very well and she sits near me and listens. The Mockingbirds outside are singing. I hear ringing in my ear or is it the hum of electricity in the wires of our home.
I saw a chart yesterday (this wasn't the chart) about who pays taxes and it showed that in the last few years "High Rollers" in the United States paid the least tax in the last 50 years. I'll look up the chart.
I think in Eastern Europe they are going to a flat tax (so much on a dollar).

  1. We won't go to a flat tax because Obama has proposed a 29%(?) tax on anyone earning $250,000 or more and having a flat tax would most likely be at a lower rate for all. I can't see Obama going for the flat tax unless it's at a rate of 50% for all.
