I have a new laptop, my old one still works but the video part of the old one sometimes buzzed loud and I would have to shut it down. So I have a new laptop for Power Point, Skype and videos.

Good Morning,
I learned last night that 2.5 % of your income will be withheld from tour Federal taxes if you do not have health insurance.  I do not know what happens after that money is taken from your tax return.
It is 38 degrees on all of our thermometers and it is wet outside from drizzle.
I feel good this morning mentally and physically. Mom has to do some PT to strengthen her muscles attached to her hips.

Tuesday, February 26, 2013

Good Morning,
1600
We just go back from Nashville, TN where Laurel Rose had a doctors appointment to check on her knees and hips. Everything was OK.
My "T's" need some air or I need to shake my computer upside down and get the crackers out of the keyboard.

Good Morning,
It is late 0730, I stay up and watched most of the Oscars. I fell asleep at the end and missed the last tree Oscars. I know two of them but am not sure what else I missed. I missed best picture and best actor.
I do feel fine this morning.

Sunday, February 24, 2013

Good Morning,
It is about 25 degrees here at home outside this morning and a comfortable 72 in our home.
I am sore this morning but mentally I feel fine. I cleaned up a bit yesterday and I am sore this morning. Our home is cluttered as it is normally. I do household chores as my wife did when I worked at the dam, now she works and I do the chores except her clothes. I like my clothes hung quickly after the dryer, she likes them dryer crumpled. I use a timer with the dryer (it is on my smart phone).  I regulate my time between naps (70 years does that).

Thursday:
Good Morning,
Our kitten is sad. The males know that she is fixed and do not jumped at the chance to be around her. The love is gone in the emotional state of the kitten. She is nice and does love me but I am not a male cat and she knows it. There is a difference. I am saddened by what has happened as it was my doing. Man's ego.
Mom is home and I feel very good.
I had a NARFE meeting yesterday with a good turn out. I tried to get someone else to take the presidents job but they all gave me excuses. I encouraged them to buy laptops (laptops are cheap now) and get online. That is where NARFE is at now (online). All the paper work is done online. Yes being online may be a problem when the power goes out but hopefully the power will be on elsewhere. Being dependent on electricity is a very poor way to defend one's being.
It is still before the noon hour so I will say
Good Morning,
I am moving junk from here to there. I have an advanced pile method in use at the moment.

Good Morning,
We had Freezing rain last night but it melted overnight , so we now have a 40 degree temperature and no ice at all. That is good for us here in town.
I hope all of you are feeling well and if not maybe by the next hour all of you will be peachy. Peaches do have rosy cheeks.
I do feel good mentally and physically.

Happy Birthday Matt
Good Morning,
Every morning I turn the tomatoes toward the sun in our sliding door window. I only have 3 plants that did not come up out of maybe 40 plant seedlings with one seed per pot.
This morning the temperature outside on our stoop is 22 degrees and on our deck 25 degrees.
I am still cleaning our daughters room and it is getting in shape. I do not think it will look feminine again as it was when our daughter grew up there.
I feel good this morning, but the last two days I have been sneezing every morning (dust in the air) here in the living room where I sit in this Lazy Boy. I think it is time to vacuum the air vents under the house.

Drone for the Farm

A nice way to keep track of where your livestock is on the farm, check fences and hay.
Good Morning,
Words and Rock Groups.

I feel good this morning. I filled the bird feeders this morning. I cleaned up the mess in my daughters room yesterday and may clean up some trash around my desktop this afternoon.

Today we may get some mail, we are not sure. We may remove our address from the telephone book because of the spam in the mail.

I learned that work is part of life and part of the ability to survive. Being paid to work is a bonus. Work has nothing to do with society; it is strictly a personal thing.
I grew up thinking that a human being had to work nine to five jobs and that if you did not work for society you were a slacker. That thought is pushed into the minds of human beings in our society and creates a false sense of moral values of doers and slackers.
The world has learned to abuse the ability of work by creating slaves to do their work; causing me to think that work is part of the evil when in realty it is the man that controls the slave that is evil;  not the work.
Where ever you find a group of men working as slaves you always see a few men that are content with their lives and you wonder why. I know why now.
Yes we must free man from slavery; not free man from work; pounding rock is not evil.
We should also free man from the propaganda implanted in the brain about work.
I just saw another love story; I mention it because I have loved and still love. When you know love it is forever. It was a great love story and I will mention the name of the movie and tell you to see it, " Waiting for Forever"
I have no trouble being in love and my love has spread to the planet called earth.

Cleanliness is next to godliness.

Good morning,
Decay, after our planet blooms it feeds itself. Whenever there is a storm it cleans and scrubs, it also creates or brings debris. We pile that debris up and it decays as organic matter and what is left is recycled. What is buried deep is crushed by the planet or maybe consumed by heat. Whatever happens the planet helps in it's own way.
Along the way diseases flourish, I know there is a reason for a disease but I hate to admit it in public.
***
Have you ever met a human that does not believe in practical, disciplined cleanliness or simple common sense wives tales. I know intelligent human beings that do not understand the practical human brain and it's functions. The brain is tried and true and it does understand human behavior. Some folks believe that the brain is just the brain inside functioning. The brain can be taught to work properly as a disease control tool working hand in hand with our doctors teaching skills. Some things can best be left with the brains normal functions.
Sometimes washing and brushing works well (don't step in sh!#).
You have to learn these skills young.
Cleanliness is next to godliness.

Why do we have teachers?
Overall why so many subjects?
If we roll the snow ball it generally gets bigger.
Some of us learn and some of us do not.
Some of us live in peace and some of us move in anger.

Good Morning,
It was 27 degrees here at home outside and 71 degrees inside.

Taylor Branch: The King Years

I feel good this morning on the planet earth; my slope is decaying and soon with feed the planet. I will nourish the earth with a sweet taste of nutritional blossoms. My words I leave on stone will nourish the minds of others.

Friday, February 15, 2013

Good Morning,
There is always a story, here it is 32 degrees at our stoop and 35 degrees at our deck. There is always a story.
Power: The ability or capacity to perform or act effectively. A ship at sea lost electrical power and no one had sense to throw their debris out to sea.

Did you know that fish do their business at sea. A little common sence would have saved a lot dirty bulkheads.

Revolution: The planet and everything pulled toward it's center is evolving. From the beginning eyes looked and reacted to what they saw. skills and memory, skilled sleight of movement, remembering.
At some moment in time there was a pause. Was it eh? Was it wow? Was it beauty? How long before a measure, a handful, a mouthful, from here to there. Some being showed the offspring the trick, the tool and the remembered. The water came to here; it was there.

I am 71 years old and I remember passing out Sweethearts and Valentine cards back in the 1950's.

Good Morning,
It is about 34 or 35 degrees outside this morning. It is cold enough to frost your windows. It is not that cold here in this room, I say maybe 70 degrees where I am at. I just heard an alarm go off and mom is up.
I opened our cat door to give them critters a chance to go outside ( to go outside and not in the kitty litter). That is much healthier for them and for us.

Wednesday, February 13, 2013

Good Morning,
This morning from about 0800 to 0830 we had some snow, very big flakes that just fell and melted on the ground, nothing showed on the ground, we just saw the big flakes falling. A pleasant view of big flakes of snow falling is a nice point in time to remember.

Tuesday, February 12, 2013

Good Morning,
It is a frosty morning here in town, 27 degrees. Mom is off today and sleeping in. I feel fine and mentally I am fine, just decaff for the last four days and no hangovers.

Good Morning,
We have a comfortable 47 degrees here at home, Maybe a little damp out, the storms and rain are almost out of the state having moved to the east.
I was looking at words and the alphabet and the idea of familiarity. Yesterday I was looking at the word "comfy" kind of strangely as it seemed so out of place in our language. I think we all do this from time to time and as we look up our particular word in the English Dictionary (United States) and realize it has been spelled this way for a time (a least 100 years). We see words every few years that come from familiarity and popular usage and those are placed in our word dictionary but sometimes a word like comfy just doesn't click correctly. We all know that our mind does this and it causes no particular harm.
I have always been an adventurer and moving off was easy to do. Some folks have a hard time moving away from familiarity and what seems normal for them.
I wanted to watch a movie yesterday about St. Francis of Assisi. The movie was pretty bad but his ideas were reflected in my brain and familiar to me soon after reading about him when I was young 16-20 years of age. I have mentally followed his path (partially) most of my life. His point of view was always my favorite. I have taken a different path but the mind still here in my head lives in poverty; the bangles and beads, toys, machines and electronics are all superficial.
It was easy to drop out because I was familiar with poverty.

Sunday, February 10, 2013

Good Morning,
We have a comfortable 46 degrees outside this morning. I am sure if you were in a sleeping bag outdoors and not wet you would be nice and cozy. Well at least it is 70 degrees here indoors because we do have electricity, heat and water.
I feel very good this morning, mentally I am rooting the planet earth. All the surveys I take place the environment on their choices and I always pick the environment because if a couple of volcanoes blow near by then I have to flee if I am able.
Our kitten (teen) is home and sleeping in the bathroom, she has been out of it for the last 48 hours(groggy). She has no idea as to what happened, one moment she felt fine and the next she is awaking in our bathroom with a kitty litter, a bowl of water, food and a comfy rug.

Saturday, February 9, 2013

Good Morning,
I am surprised, I did not realize that it was Saturday. I feel good but mentally I am upset. I awoke last night with a cat scratching at a paper on the floor. I knew what had happened but I went back to sleep. This morning it was no surprise to see the damage on the paper. As soon as I could that cat went outside.
We had our kitten (teen) fixed. It was sad and this morning on cue she too did her damage on a small throw rug we use to wipe our feet as we come inside our home (very upsetting).
I guess I like a routine or normal behavior, I am getting old and quiet music is for me too.

Friday, February 8, 2013

1330 - I filled up my bird feeders and tightened/braced my bird stands that hold up the feeders. We bought a bigger feeder (below) and it is heavier than our older feeder which broke into small pieces during a thunderstorm with frightful winds. Mom did not think our steel hangers were stout enough during our strong winds (they are not).

Good Morning,
40 degrees here at home in Marion. The rain did come but it was overnight and it is now in the Eastern Part of Kentucky.
I feel good this morning physically and mentally; no soreness or hung over feelings.
We have a teen kitten that is going to the vet this morning to be altered. I feel a little emotion about that as it should be none of my business.
Things we do to animals:

Thursday, February 7, 2013

Good Morning,
37 degrees at the moment and no daylight as of yet. I do feel hung over, it is not the coffee and if it is, it is caffeine free coffee. I do feel good mentally and physically.
There is a crouching tiger around every bush here at home, they are all worried that they will be de-clawed. They are all in fear that the government will try to remove their weapons. Here is what the paper said, "And those who might be in favor of tighter restrictions on firearms and ammunition sales certainly don’t seem eager to stick their head above the trenches to voice their opinion." ( That sounds like a turkey call.)
I never heard of anyone wanting to stand before a militia and ask them to give up their weapons.
Common sense is the best approach with dealing with a crouching tiger.
The only one that can ask the state militia to give up their weapons is their , "Commander in Chief" and they defy him.
We all know that the Second Amendment was for dealing with the British if they asked the states to give up their arms. George Washington was at their backs with the other states to defend their right to bear arms. George Washington was still their commander in chief.
The problem today is how to deal with armed anarchists.

Good Morning,
We had a hard frost this morning at home. It was a cool 31 degrees out front on our stoop. I awoke with a sore body this morning and hung over (too much coffee).
I have to watch one of our cats because she eats too much dry cat food and gets crystals in her bladder; so she is on a diet, everyone else is fine, they eat well and smart. She is on a fat and meat diet with no dry cat food.
I learned yesterday that cats  do not do grains, they do animals they catch.

Tuesday, February 5, 2013

Good Morning,
This morning I am cleaning my daughters room and moving stored junk outside. I store just about everything in there and it is going, if not out then into a closet.
I feel good this morning. I was rosy faced yesterday (pow wow big chief) but I think that was because my back was sore and I was out in the wind, pressure and wind chill. I do have Indian blood in me but it is Oaxaca and Spanish Blood (Mexican) on my fathers side; I am not sure what mixture my mothers side is but it is also Mexican. Both of my grandmothers looked Indian and my fathers dad looked Mexican, my mothers dad looked Spanish. About half of all my uncles were at least 6 foot tall with some very light skinned on my mothers side.
mmmmmmmmmm (cat walk).
My mothers mother and her sister came from a convent in Texas. My grandmother's sister became a nun (Mena Chavez) and came home to visit us in Pasadena every Christmas. They both looked very Indian with their white and corn silk hair in braids.

Sandy Hook Choir & Jennifer Hudson Sing at Super Bowl 2013 Pre-Game Show

Good Morning,
It is 31 degrees here at our home and a hard frost on the windshield of mom's van. The birds have emptied our bird feeders and it is a good thing it is the beginning of the month otherwise they would have to do without any treats.
We have an orange Tom hanging about, he looks well fed and healthy and I sure he is waiting for our young female to step outside.
I feel good this morning physically and mentally.
All the hype from the Super Bowl is done. The game was great, everything else sucked except:
Sandy Hook Choir & Jennifer Hudson Sing at Super Bowl 2013 Pre-Game Show
The kids did a great job Jennifer not to great.

Sunday, February 3, 2013

I saw something really strange on TV last night. It was a discussion on FRT ( Facial Recognition Technologies ). Could you imagine walking past a doorway in the mall and something as small as a dot on the frame of the door takes your picture and starts doing a search on who you are and why you are there at the mall. Or turning on your laptop and the computer recognizes your face. Everything I said is true and the only thing preventing it from happening is our United States Constitution.
Good Morning,
We have snow on the ground this morning, not much, just a pretty picture.

Today is Super Bowl Sunday. Why would I say something like that? I do live on the planet earth and it is big. Let me show you a picture and see if it makes any sense to our historians?

Saturday, February 2, 2013

Good Morning,
I am exhausted, worn out mentally and physically. Our computers had been hijacked and had a Trojan Horse in each of them and they were hard to remove.
I have a good feeling about myself so a good rest should solve everything.

Friday, February 1, 2013

Good Morning,
It is 13 degrees here this morning with a bone chilling light breeze. Laurel is getting ready for work and I did go out and start her van (that is how I know about the chill). I feel good this morning, it looks as three cats are indoors keeping warm on this cold morning. I heard the folks starting up the yellow buses across the street.
I had old computers acting strangely yesterday. It seems that my wife's account had been hijacked and had a strange view about it that I would not change. So she moved away. You may not know her.
